1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom printing can be cancelled only before the printing process has started. Once the design is approved and sent to production, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-made for each client, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a defect in the product or a printing error on our part.

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos of the defect before issuing a reprint or refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
